Simply select the product you want to purchase and choose your license. When choosing a Non-Exclusive license click “Buy”, now you can choose to complete the payment process, or continue shopping for more products.

When you are ready, select the “Checkout” button found in the shopping cart, and simply follow the online instructions. You can choose to pay securely through Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express (You don’t need a Paypal account to make payments) Once the transaction is complete you will be e-mailed a unique download link so you can start downloading your purchased beat immediately.

Alternatively, when choosing an exclusive license, click “Request for Quote” and we’ll get back to you within 5-7 business days with a quote and further instructions to purchase.

Every purchase made through the Beat Vendors site goes through a secure 3D payment page that will insist on you putting a personalized password when prompted.

As our products are downloadable, we are unable to provide customers with refunds. Please make sure when you are making a purchase that it is what you want, as mistakes cannot be seen as a reason for refunds.

After clicking “Buy” on a beat you will be asked to select a license type. We have 2 different licenses to select from

The Non-Exclusive License for a beat can be sold to multiple consumers and therefore are not exclusive.

Examples of Non-Exclusive Use:

• Using the beat in a mixtape demo
• Using the beat in a single release (*Note: Sales limit of 2500 units would apply for the personal license, limit of 5000 units would apply for the premium license)
• Uploading the beat to social networks (Soundcloud, Twitter, Facebook, other website etc.)
• Using the beat as backing music in a personal video
• Using the beat in a promotional performance

The personal license grants the same rights for the use of the beat. However, the premium license grants 2 commerical/profitable usages of the beat and the right to sell 5000 units. You will receive each instrumental elements as separate WAV audio files.

• Please be aware that with all licenses you will need to add any amount of additional audio elements to the beat to release it commercially.

Exclusive

This license provides unlimited commercial use and also synchronization rights for the beat and the tracked out stems. This means that you can release the beat commercially (for example as a record release, in radio, television, or video).

Once an exclusive beat is purchased it will be removed from our site  immediately and it will not be sold ever again.

To purchase the beat with an exclusive license you will need to click on the “Request for Quote” button when selecting this option.

Simply fill in the form with the required fields: Name, E-mail, your offer in US $ for the beat and also any further requirements for us to consider. If no offer is left we will still contact you within 5-7 business days.

With this license you will receive the beat untagged (Without the Beat Vendors tag over the top), and also additionally the audio (WAV) stems of the beat. This license provides unlimited commercial use and also the synchronization rights for the beat, this means that you can release the beat commercially (for example as a record release, in radio, television, or video).

Yes, please be assured that any tags used in the beat demo will be removed, this applies to all licenses.

No, you will not be re-billed. Once you have purchased your beat you are ready to use it how your license permits.

Yes you can still use it, as long as you stay within the terms of the Non-Exclusive License Agreement. Exclusives are dealt with on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Each and every Beat Vendors file comes clearly labelled with tempo (BPM) information and relevant key information (based on the root key or chord) in the filename already!

If you purchase via our website your download link will be e-mailed to you immediately. If you use Paypal during the checkout the download link will then be e-mailed straight to your Paypal email address.

You may also need to check your spam/junk folders depending on your email service provider. Your download will also be available in your account on the website under “Downloads”
